Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and according to guidelines.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Amazon's high standards.
- Load and unload trailers as needed during busy seasons.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (indoor climate controlled and outdoor dock areas).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
