Responsibilities
- Safely pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and scanning
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily targets
- Process returns and maintain organized storage areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Blvd facility
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
