Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly desirable.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for local travel.
