Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
