Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping of orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation and organization.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and availability for overtime shifts.
