What You Will Do:
- Operate various types of forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Forklift) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock verification.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently according to OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring cargo security and preventing damage.
- Conduct daily safety checks and maintenance on machinery before operation.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized to ensure smooth workflow and prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
