Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and merchandise with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock within the facility.
- Sort, pack, and label products for accurate shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all OSHA guidelines.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
