Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing slips and report discrepancies immediately.
- Pack, wrap, and label products to ensure they are secure for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse driving duties).
