Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Load and Unload:** Physically load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logging for shipments and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctual attendance record.
- No Background Check Required: Must be willing to undergo a simple verification process to qualify for immediate start dates.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and shipping documentation.
