Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
