Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials, freight, and packages safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accuracy and update stock levels.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all labels, documentation, and packaging materials are correct.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
