Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston location.
