Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory records through our WMS system
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to our 7am-4pm shift
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
