Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various warehouse machinery and perform routine maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
