Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently according to company protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all 5S standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to input and track data accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations and labeling.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must be able to pass a forklift certification course within the first 90 days of employment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
