Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers across the country.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the general maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
