- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Uphold strict safety standards and 5S workplace organization
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation to the NW Miami location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
