Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage real-time inventory tracking using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update records
- Conduct physical audits and generate inventory reports
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety protocols
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for yard operations)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
