- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update records in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for leadership and audit compliance
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data reconciliation skills
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
