Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in barcode-scanned systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely with OSHA compliance
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government ID and clean background check
- Punctual with reliable transportation
- Comfortable standing/walking 8+ hours daily
