Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and efficient inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting tools
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital scanning devices
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be available for morning shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
