Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces through systematic stocking and rotation
- Conduct quality checks on products before loading trucks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily inventory counts and discrepancy reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 accessible facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
