- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Load/unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S organizational standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Mesa facility
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred (training available)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
