Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as certified.
- Prepare and package products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
