Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified or trained.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Denver facility.
