Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
