Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will work closely with a dedicated team to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely, verifying cargo against bills of lading.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
