Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using various equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against shipping labels to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock organization and cleanliness.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment status and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and measuring inventory items.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
