Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using RF scanners.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to strict safety and quality guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF Guns) to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times (5S Standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
