Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, completeness, and correct labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management systems as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
