Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and clutter-free to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for all entry-level roles.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
