Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock to ensure accuracy and efficient fulfillment.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for tracking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Perform routine quality control checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills required for inventory scanning and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
