Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare packages for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar material handling equipment (certification preferred but training available).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
