Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend shipping labels and logs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred) or ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
