Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- General Labor: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior warehouse experience is required.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
