Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments efficiently
- Stock inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy for daily shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work zones per OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to the Harbor Bay location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
