Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
