Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items according to orders and ensure they are securely packed for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory counting and order verification.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and documentation.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
