Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately using scanning equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment errors.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to follow directions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Documents: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
