Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse management system.
- Receiving Operations: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing lists.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available for an Immediate Start.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
