Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trailers using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
