Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Conduct quality control checks on inventory to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions (loading docks).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to pass a background check.
