As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. We value safety, efficiency, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Inspect shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
