Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand work orders and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
