What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping seasons.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills (ability to use a scanner).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
