Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and accurately.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with freight and verify shipment contents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory levels and workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
