Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages before shipping and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Equipment Certification: Possession of a valid forklift license is a plus.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
