Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse and to and from delivery vehicles.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for some driving duties).
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to undergo a basic skills assessment and drug screen (background check not required).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
