Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper equipment operation
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass drug screening (background check waived)
