Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization using warehouse management systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety when handling inventory and operating machinery.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and safety signage.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is a plus.
